Reckitt Global Challenge is amongst the oldest innovation challenge open to B-school students to drive positive social impact through their powerful ideas.

Eligibility Criteria:
Students enrolled in the 2nd year of the flagship MBA programmes of the following institutes are eligible to apply:
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad
- Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), New Delhi
- Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon
- Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune
- Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi
- Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad
- Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta
- Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode
- Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur
- Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi
- National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai
- Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM), IIT Bombay
- S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai
Team Formation Guidelines:
- The competition is open to 2nd-year students of the flagship MBA program of eligible institutes
- Students from the same campus can register in teams of two or three
- The first to register will become the Team Leader, who can then invite the other members to join the team
- The students can be from any specialization
- Cross-specialization teams are eligible to participate
- A student cannot be a member of more than one team
- Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team
Competition Structure:
Stage 1: Business Simulation Round
- Once the team has registered, they will be eligible to play the first round of the competition, the Business Simulation. This fast-paced online round will track the team’s agility through the business decisions that they take in this round
- Shortlisted Candidates Business Simulation will be invited to participate in the Case Challenge
Stage 2: Case Challenge Round
- In this round, shortlisted teams will work on a case study, solving a real business challenge for one of the power brands from the House of Reckitt
- This is an elimination round
Stage 3: Campus Presentation Round
- Shortlisted teams from the Case Challenge Round will qualify for the Campus Presentation round, where they will get the opportunity to present their ideas to the Reckitt team
- All team members of the campus presentation round winning team receive PPIs along with the cash prize of INR 1,00,000
- Wildcards PPIs for members of the non-winnings teams
- This is an elimination round
Stage 4: The National Finale
- The National Finalists will get to present their solutions to the Senior Reckitt leadership and external jury members
- The National Finale winning team will receive a cash prize of INR 10,00,000 and PPIs for the MT program
- The National Finale winning team receives an all-paid global immersion for 1 week
- All teams qualifying for the National finale receive mentoring from Reckitt leaders

- National Winners: The National Finale Winners will receive INR 10,00,000 cash prize and PPIs for the Management Trainee program, an all-paid global immersion for 1 week
- Campus Winners: All team members of the campus round winning team will receive PPIs, a cash prize of INR 1,00,000, and mentoring from Reckitt Leaders
- WildCard PPIs: Wildcards PPIs for members of the non-winnings teams
