AI Efficiency Challenge: Stages and Timelines
Online Quiz Round
Are you ready for a mind-boggling/ twitching quiz? The first round involves a 15-minute quiz, testing your knowledge in this domain along with general aptitude. Put your best foot forward, the number of correct answers and speed would be the criteria for winning.
This will be an Assessment round! You will see the Play button here, once the round is live.
Submission Round (via Unstop)
Qualifying teams from the previous round will prepare a deck proposing a solution to the case. Teams must submit a 3-slide presentation excluding introduction and appendix slides. Top teams will move to the next and the final round!

On-Campus Finale
The finale will involve a presentation followed by a live Q&A with a panel of judges. Finalists from the previous round will submit a 7-slide presentation detailing their strategy and presenting the solution to a jury. This will be an Offline round at ISB Hyderabad Campus! You will see the “Enter” button here, once the round is live.

This competition challenges you to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize backend operations and enhance overall efficiency. From automating workflows to streamlining processes, your team will need a perfect balance of innovation, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. Can AI help pave the way to a more efficient 4-day workweek? It’s time to prove it!
Timelines (Tentative):
- Online Quiz Round: 23 Sept
- Submission Round (via Unstop): 29 Sept
- On Campus Finale: 19 Oct
Prizes: ₹2 lakh prize money
- Winner: ₹90,000
- First Runner Up: ₹65,000
- Second Runner Up: ₹45,000
- Participation Certificates
Guidelines:
- Each team consists of max 3 members
- Cross-college and cross-specialization teams are eligible to participate
- No limit on the number of participants from each college
- No registration fees
- Only undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA students are eligible for participation
- School students and corporates are not allowed to participate
- A person can register as part of only one team for one event
- Modification of team post registration will not be allowed
- Any deviation from the aforementioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team
- The organizer’s decision shall be final in all matters
