Online Quiz Round
Are you ready for a mind-boggling/ twitching quiz? The first round involves a 15-minute quiz, testing your knowledge in the domain of diversity and inclusion. Put your best foot forward, the number of correct answers and speed would be the criteria for winning.

Submission Round (via Unstop)
Qualifying teams from the previous round will prepare a deck in the field of diversity and inclusion. Teams must submit a 3-slide presentation excluding introduction and appendix slides. Top teams will move to the next and the final round!

Offline Round
The finale will involve a presentation followed by a live Q&A with a panel of judges. Finalists from the previous round will submit a 7-slide presentation detailing their strategy and presenting the solution to a jury. The winners will bag prizes worth INR 1 Lakh. Beyond Boundaries – A ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ Case Competition organized by the Spectrum Club at ISB in partnership with Microsoft during Advaita 2024 (the biggest management fest of India) is a case competition aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion-based mindset in the corporate sector. The aim is to solve a real-life business problem wherein the respective teams are expected to propose recommendations to make the corporate world genuinely diverse and inclusive.
Rounds:
- Round 1 – Quiz Round via Unstop
- Round 2 - Submission Round (via Unstop)
- Round 3 - On Campus Finale
Prizes:
- Winner: INR 50,000
- First Runner-Up: INR 30,000
- Second Runner-Up: INR 20,000

Event Details:
- Format: The competition consists of multiple elimination rounds, including quizzes, case submissions, and an online final presentation. Test your managerial and strategic skills as you compete globally to reach the grand finale.
- Opportunity: Compete for a chance to win one of India's Largest Strategy Case Competitions and claim cash prizes worth INR 1 Lakh.
Guidelines:
- Team Composition: Each team must consist of 1-3 members.
- Eligibility: Teams can be cross-college and cross-specialization. All undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA students are eligible. School students and corporates are not permitted to participate.
- Participation: No limit on the number of participants from each college or the number of events one can participate in.
- Registration Fees: No registration fees required.
- Team Limitations: Each person may register as part of only one team for one event. Modification of the team post-registration is not allowed.
- Disqualification: Any deviation from the guidelines will lead to the immediate disqualification of the entire team
