College Snap Star Program

Welcome to the first edition of the College Snap Star Program! This is the first of its kind competition open to all budding student Creators. 

The Snap Star Campus Challenge is Snapchat India’s premier competition for college students - a nationwide hunt for the next generation of creative powerhouses! This flagship challenge is designed to uncover raw campus talent and transform them into polished Snap storytellers - ready to shine in the digital spotlight.

Eligibility:

• Open to all full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline, studying at colleges across India.
• Participants must be based in India.
• Must be 16 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Open to students from all streams - no creative or technical background required!
• Ideal for aspiring creators, storytellers, and campus trendsetters who wish to build an audience on Snapchat.

Rules and Guidelines:

• Participants must follow Snapchat’s Community Guidelines at all times: https://values.snap.com/policy/policy-community-guidelines
• All submissions must be original and NEW videos - no repurposed or previously published content will be accepted - even if it’s videos the same creator has made.
• Videos should tell a story and highlight the participant’s creativity and individuality.
• Content must be shot vertically and uploaded to Snapchat Spotlight.
• Each entry must include the official hashtag #CollegeSnapStar.
• Participants must submit their Spotlight video links on the official challenge portal.
• A maximum of five (5) Spotlight links can be submitted before the deadline.
• Spotlights can be submitted anytime during the submission window and may be updated until the final deadline.
• The submission window is open from December 10, 2025 to January 10, 2026.

• Top 3 creators will receive:
  • An exclusive Snap Goodie Bag.
  • Invitation to Snapchat events and creator experiences.
  • A fast-track opportunity to become a Snap Star.
  • An official Certificate of Achievement from Snapchat India.
  • ₹5,000 Amazon Gift Voucher. 
• Top 50 creators will receive:
  • An official Certificate of Achievement from Snapchat India.
  • ₹5,000 Amazon Gift Voucher.
