This round shall test the ability of the teams to solve strategy questions related to the past, current and expected future developments in the business world
Case Study
The shortlisted teams would be required to formulate the solution of a case which will put to test the problem-solving skills of the participants.The case study will be based on strategy
The Grand Finale: Presentation & Simulation
Post evaluation of the case solutions, 6 teams will be shortlisted.The teams will be required to present their Round 2 Case Study solutions at SPJIMR Campus.Finally, the teams will compete in an exciting simulation round which will be held at SPJIMR campus. Final evaluation will have two components – performance in the presentation round and simulation results.

General Idea:
Strategizing with the lens of the future is the ability to sail through the maze of problems that entangle the VUCA world. Emerging victorious requires you to think beyond the ordinary, break the shackles of convention and unravel the enigma. OJAS XII presents this flagship event, which offers a platform for teams to showcase their skills of strategy formulation and implementation in a game of simulation. The teams shall be exposed to a virtual business environment resembling the real world in terms of constraints and complexity involved.
Rules and Regulations:
- The event is open to students from all B-Schools.
- Participants in a team should be from the same institute and no participant can be a part of more than one team.
- The team will comprise of 3 members, can be in a combination of first and second years
- The team can be from the 1st or 2nd year.
- Only one entry would be allowed per team for the competition.
- No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered.
- The teams will be shortlisted after round 1 and informed individually.
- Details of Round 2 will be uploaded after the announcement of results of Round 1.
- The teams getting shortlisted for Grand finale will be informed individually.
