Consultomania (Case Study Challenge): Stages and Timelines
Round 1: The 360 degree Consultant
A set of short cases from different domains with multiple choice questions will be asked to participants. The participants are expected to work out all the 4 cases within 30 minutes.
Round 2: Strategic Testing
15 teams will be shortlisted for the second round (off campus round). The teams will be provided a strategic consulting case study to work on. Each team will have to submit their solution in a .ppt and .pptx (in not more than 5 slides - excluding cover slides, agenda and appendix). Evaluation will be based on the cost effectiveness, feasibility, viability and scalability of the solution.
The Grand Finale
6 teams will be shortlisted and invited to the campus to present their case to an elite panel of judges.

Do you think you have Daedalus’ ability to understand and solve your client’s business problems while being careful to not fly too close to the Sun?
This is your chance to put yourself in the shoes of a consultant and analyze what exactly is needed to transform systems, processes, people, and behaviors through consultancy cases and then create 'the' plan to make the solutions as quickly and strategically as possible to find your way out of the labyrinth.
Rules and Regulations
- The event is open to students from all B-Schools
- Participant in a team should be from the same institute and no participant can be a part of more than one team
- The team can be from the 1st or 2nd year.
- Teams should comprise of minimum 2 and maximum of 4 members
- Only one entry would be allowed per team for the competition
- No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered
- The teams will be shortlisted after round 1 and informed individually
- Details of Round 2 will be uploaded after the announcement of results of Round 1
- The teams getting shortlisted for Grand finale will be informed individually

The decisions of the Judges will be final and binding on the participants. The Terms and Conditions of participation are subject to change at any time without specific notice.
