Aditya Birla Group Stratos 2026

Aditya Birla Group's Stratos offers the country's sharpest business minds an opportunity to take the first step and make a mark in the dynamic world of business strategy and problem-solving. First-Year and Second-Year students from an elite list of 15 premium B-Schools are invited to form teams and compete in a gruelling battle of ideas.

With real-life business scenarios as the foundation, the competition is designed to stimulate your thought process, make you think on your feet, and give you a true flavour of both ideation and execution. The competition challenges teams to navigate live business cases that mirror the complexities faced by one of India's largest conglomerates.

The shortlisted teams then present their solutions to the seasoned business leadership of Aditya Birla Group, defending their strategy and demonstrating their ability to convert insight into impact. The winners will receive an opportunity to secure PPOs/PPIs with Aditya Birla Group, along with exciting prizes and unparalleled exposure to the Group's leadership.

General Guidelines and Eligibility:

• The competition is open to students from a full-time 2-year MBA program from the select list of B-Schools.
• Participants having 0-36 months of work experience are eligible.
• A team must consist of 3 members. All members of a team should be from the same institute and graduating year.
• Each team will be represented by one team leader. 
• There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute. However, a student cannot be a part of more than one team.
• Teams can be formed across specializations (excluding HR specialization).
• Students who are on exchange programs are welcome to register, however, a team cannot have more than 1 member, who is part of an exchange program.
• Only the team leader, the person who registers the team, will be able to play the online simulation round; Other team members will not be allowed to play.
• Finalists from Aditya Birla Group Stratos 2025 are not eligible to participate.
• Aditya Birla Group has final authority on all decisions.

Competition Structure:

Business Simulation Round:

• Timeline: 27th July 2026, 12:00 PM IST to 11:59 PM IST.
• The candidates will have to cross different levels to solve real-life problems and showcase their business acumen.
• All registered teams will participate in this round.
• Only the team leader will be allowed to play in this round. The other team members can also assist the team leader during the round. 
• Only 1 login will be provided per team; Simultaneous logins are not permitted.
• The duration of the simulation game is 2 hours and the candidates have to attempt this round anytime within a twelve-hour window.
• You will only be allowed to play the game from one laptop/desktop at any point in time.
• Selected teams will move on to the next round based on their performance.

Case Submission - Executive Summary Submission Round:

• Shortlisted teams from the Online Simulation Round will work on the case study problem statement.
• The teams participating shall have 2 case studies provided to them and they have the option to choose a single case study of their choice.
• The case study will be released on 28th July 2026.
• Registered candidates will get the submission template along with the case.
• Shortlisted teams from the Business Simulation round will get an opportunity to connect with an Industry SME Experts to gain exclusive insights into the case study.
• Each team will need to submit a two-slider presentation (executive summary format) and a video with all team members presenting as per the submission template.
• The submission should be done in PDF and MP4 format.
• The format shall be provided, and small edits to the format shall be permitted however the overall length, colour scheme, font and font size shall not be changed.
• Naming Convention: InstituteName_TeamName_Stratos26.
• Teams will have to submit/upload their submissions by 2nd August 2026, 06:00 AM IST.
• Once uploaded, teams can change their submission anytime before the deadline.

Grand Finale:

• The top teams from the previous round will be assigned mentors to prepare for the Finale.
• These teams will be presenting their ideas to the Aditya Birla Group’s Leadership team on 27th August 2026 at the Grand Finale in Mumbai. 
• There will be a pre-finale engagement activity which will be done a day before the finale.
• Details of the finale will be shared with the shortlisted teams closer to D-Day!

Rewards and Prizes:

• Winners: Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for Internships and Final Placement; Cash Prize of INR 5,00,000 will also be given along with iPads and certificates.
• First Runners-Up: Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for Internships and Final Placement; a Cash Prize of INR 3,00,000 will also be given along with iPads and certificates.
• Second Runners-Up: Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for Internships and Final Placement; Cash Prize of INR 1,00,000 will also be given along with iPads and certificates.
• Grand Finalists: All Grand Finalists will receive exciting goodies and certificates from the Aditya Birla Group.
• Participation Certificate: Participation Certificates to all the participants who register and attempt the first preliminary round.
