Eurogrip TORQ Challenge 4.0

Eurogrip is back with TORQ Challenge 4.0, an all-digital challenge in sync with the company’s digital vision. Eurogrip TORQ Challenge 4.0 is an opportunity for the brightest young minds to provide their unique perspectives and innovative ideas for building brand preference for Eurogrip tyres amongst 2-wheeler users and mechanics. It’s an opportunity to compete with some of the sharpest minds, showcase your skills, win huge cash prizes and grab PPIs.

General Guidelines and Eligibility:

• The Eurogrip TORQ Challenge is open to all MBA and Engineering students, irrespective of their specialisation.

• Students enrolled in 1-year full-time MBA (PGPX) or Engineering programs are also eligible to participate.

• Students can register in teams of 1-3 members.

• Participants should be active full-time students from any campus.

• Cross-college teams are allowed.

• An individual cannot be a member of more than one team.

• Students can form teams only within the same year of study.

• Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Rounds:

Executive Summary Round:

• The Executive Summary Submission round will be the first round of the competition.
• Teams are required to submit a 1-slide PPT and an optional 1–3 minute video providing a concise explanation of their proposed solution to the problem statement.
• Team leaders will be able to submit their entries and download the case files and submission format from the competition page itself.
• Team leaders will be able to see the Submit button for this round during the submission window.
• Team leaders can make submissions anytime during the challenge window, until the submission deadline.
• The maximum file size that can be uploaded as a submission is 15 MB.
• Team leaders can modify their submissions by clicking on Submission → Change Submission anytime before the submission deadline.
• No extensions will be provided for submissions.

Detailed Submission Round:

• The shortlisted teams from the Executive Summary round will move to the second round, i.e. the Case Study Submission round.
• A case launch session will be held by the Eurogrip team to brief the shortlisted teams regarding the case study.
• Teams are required to submit a 10-slide PPT and an optional 1–3-minute video providing a concise explanation of their proposed solution to the problem statement.
• Team leaders will be able to submit their entries and download the case files and submission format from the competition page itself.
• Team leaders will be able to see the submit button for this round during the submission window.
• The team leaders will be able to make submissions until the deadline for this round and anytime during the challenge window.
• The maximum file size that can be uploaded as a submission is 15 MB.
• Team leaders can change their submissions by clicking on Submission and then Change Submission, anytime before the submission deadline.
• No extensions will be provided for submissions.
  

Grand Finale Round:

• Shortlisted teams will move to the virtual Grand Finale round.
• These top finalist teams will get an opportunity to present their ideas to the senior leadership team of Eurogrip.
  

Rewards and Prizes:

• Winners will receive a cash reward of INR 1,25,000 and PPIs (Pre-Placement Interviews) at Eurogrip.
• The First Runners-up will receive a cash reward of INR 1,00,000 and PPIs (Pre-Placement Interviews) at Eurogrip.
• The Second Runners-up will receive a cash reward of INR 75,000 and PPIs (Pre-Placement Interviews) at Eurogrip.
