Infosys Ingenious - The Grand Finale 2026

Infosys Ingenious 2026 is the annual B-school competition conducted by Infosys in India. Conceptualised in 2008, the competition is aimed at discovering the most innovative management students in the country who are bound to become the leaders of tomorrow. Infosys Ingenious this year will mark the 16th edition of this competition.

The competition is open exclusively to executive programme participants and second-year management students across all specialisations at eligible business schools in India.

Ingenious Infosys is a lone-wolf contest where all participants will compete individually. The winners will walk away with a Pre-placement offer with Infosys!

Eligibility Criteria:

• The competition is open to all 2-Year full-time post-graduate students from the eligible campuses who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
• The competition is open only to 2nd-year students graduating in 2027.
• Students pursuing a 1-Year full-time Executive MBA are also eligible (refer to the eligibility list).
• The right to permit or restrict participation is at the sole discretion of the organiser.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: A Business Case Study Submission:

• All registered participants will participate in the Case Study Submission Round, where they will demonstrate their business acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• The participants will be required to submit a solution to the assigned case study.

Round 2:  Discussion with AI:

• Shortlisted participants will join an AI-led discussion where they will share their approach to the case study solved in Round 1.
• At the end of this stage, the Top candidates will be shortlisted for the Pre-Placement opportunity.
