Finding Neo
A set of innovatively designed rounds testing the ability of an individual to contribute towards Analytical Capabilities, Production/Operations, Financing, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Design Thinking to find the best CEO/Manager amongst you. Finding Neo is the Flagship event of SPJIMR's cultural and management festival, OJAS, currently in its 12th edition. The event is aimed at finding a multi-faceted manager who can leverage on the pressures of the business world, deliver results in an uncertain world and emerge as a winner. This is an exclusive event with participation by invitation only. Each of the top-tier invited MBA institutes is required to nominate one best candidate to compete on this battlefield. Across the 2-day competition, the participants will go through various well-crafted managerial hurdles, which will test their business acumen and personality emphasizing on the field of strategy and decision making apart from the various specializations of an MBA course.
Event Format
Invites will be sent by mail to select institutes. Please check with your competition committee regarding the event. We would request the invited institutes to send their verified entry through concerned B-school competitions committee/PR Committee/Faculty to findingneo.ojas@spjimr.org
1. Finding Neo is an individual event. The competition is open to the following colleges:
- IIM A
- IIM B
- IIM C
- IIM L
- IIM I
- IIM K
- XLRI
- FMS
- IIFT
- MDI
2. Each institute is required to send exactly 1 entry. The selection of the student is left to the institute’s discretion. The following methods are suggested for the same: —
- C.V. based Shortlist
- Interview of the Candidate
- Batch Poll for Nominations
3. Selected students who will be the "Campus Champions" will represent their college in the competition. The institute is expected to confirm their participation by sending us the following details of the selected candidate(latest by 15th December 2019, 23:59:59 PM)

- Student Name
- Email ID
- Contact Number
- CV of the selected candidate
NOTE: The confirmation mail should come from the concerned authority/body i.e. Competition Committee/PR Committee/Faculty
4. Accommodation will be provided by the organizers.
5. A set of innovatively designed rounds testing the ability of an individual to contribute towards Analytical Capabilities, R&D, Production/Operations, Financing, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, HR and Design Thinking to find the best CEO/Manager among the lot will be conducted during the on-campus round.

- Inaugurated in 1981 by the then British Prime Minister, the Late Hon. Margaret Thatcher, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) is a leading school of management in the heart of India’s financial centre, Mumbai.
