Virtual Case Launch Session

We have curated an insightful and too-hard-to-miss opportunity for you where you get a chance to meet the expert leader - Bhagyashree Navare, Vice President - Innovation Packaged Foods, Tata Consumer Products in a live conversation, discussing everything that the case study has in store.

Round 1: Executive Summary Submission Round

The registered teams need to submit 6 sliders (5 slides with Introduction and Information + 1 slide of Appendix) of executive summary solutions in PPT format to present their ideas. The top teams will move to the next round.

Photograph Submission

Shortlisted teams are required to submit their photographs here by Sunday, 2nd February 2025, 5:00 PM. 

Round 2: Jury Evaluations

The top 10 teams from the first round will interact with the jury members and business heads from Tata Consumer Products for their idea evaluations. The top 4 teams will move ahead for the Grand Finale.

Grand Finale

The top 4 teams from the second round will compete in the Grand Finale and present their solutions to the leaders at Tata Consumer Products.

All that you need to know about Grow Beyond Better 2025

Tata Consumer Products presents the fourth edition of its business challenge: Grow Beyond Better. Through the competition, we want to engage with bright minds at campuses to solve critical and real problems at Tata Consumer Products.

Eligibility Criteria: The first-year students enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA Program from all Indian B-Schools can participate in this competition, irrespective of the specializations they are pursuing. Students currently pursuing part-time, distance learning, and executive MBA programs are not eligible to participate.

Team Formulation Guidelines:
  • A team must consist of 2-3 members.
  • Each member has to register with valid college email IDs.
  • A team can be formed with students from cross-specializations.
  • A student cannot be a part of more than one team.
  • Each team must be from the same campus.
  • Any deviation from the above-mentioned points will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.
  • Modification of team post registration will not be allowed.
Competition Structure:

  • Round 3 - Grand Finale: The top 4 teams from the second round will compete in the Grand Finale and present their solutions to the leaders at Tata Consumer Products.
Rewards & Prizes:
  • The winning team will receive a cash prize of INR 2,00,000 and Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) with Tata Consumer Products.
  • The runners-up team will receive a cash prize of INR 1,00,000.
  • The national finalist teams will get a chance to get mentored by Tata Consumer Products Emerging Leaders!
