Husk Strategy Challenge: Stages and Timelines
Stage 1- Opening Round- Case Submission
Round 1 - Each team is required to present their case solution in a clear and concise 3 slide PowerPoint presentation. Any additional data, analysis, or supporting documents, including Excel sheets, should be embedded within the PPT to showcase the source of all estimates used. Please ensure a minimum font size of 12 throughout the presentation.
Semi-Finals - Case Submission
Shortlisted teams will advance to the next round strategy case challenge and will be required to present their case solution in a clear and concise 4 slide PowerPoint presentation. Any additional data, analysis, or supporting documents, including Excel sheets, should be embedded within the PPT to showcase the source of all estimates used. Please ensure a minimum font size of 12 throughout the presentation.
Outline for Case 2 -
Develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for launching a new smart-gadgets brand with an initial focus on TWS earbuds, smartwatches, and power banks. The strategy should address all elements of GTM and 4Ps — Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
Make a 4 slide presentation
On-Campus Grand Finale
The top 4 finalists from Round 2 will have the opportunity to present their solutions in-person to the panel of judges at the ISB Hyderabad campus during Advaita-2024.
