Infosys Ingenious - The Grand Finale 2025

Infosys Ingenious 2025 is the annual B-school competition conducted by Infosys in India. Conceptualised in 2008, the competition is aimed at discovering the most innovative management students in the country who are bound to become the leaders of tomorrow. Infosys Ingenious- The Grand Finale this year will mark the 15th edition of this competition. 

The competition is team-based and spread over three rounds, with the Finale to be held at the Infosys office in Hyderabad. 

The competition will be open only to students from executive courses and second-year management students of all specialisations from eligible business schools in India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The competition is open to all 2-Year full-time post-graduate students from the eligible campuses and who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
• The competition is open only to 2nd-year students graduating in 2026.
• Students pursuing a 1-Year full-time Executive MBA are also eligible (refer to the eligibility list)
• The participants need to register in teams of 3 (three) from the same college, provided that each member of the team meets these eligibility criteria.
• The right to permit or restrict participation is at the sole discretion of the organiser.
• Each college will be permitted to register a maximum of 50 teams.

Competition Structure:

Round 1: Infy PM - A Business Simulation:

• All registered teams will participate in an interactive online simulation designed to assess their business thinking and decision-making skills.
• Only the Team Leader will have access to play the simulation, while other members are expected to support and contribute during the round.
• This is an elimination round, and all teams must complete the simulation within the designated 12-hour window.

Round 2:  Infy Metochos Axia:

• Teams will participate in a strategic simulation that will challenge their decision-making abilities.
• Each team must attempt the simulation for the full 5-hour duration.
• Only the Team Leader will have access to play the simulation, while the other members are expected to support and assist during the round.
• At the end of this stage, the Top 15 teams will advance to the Finale.

Round 3: Clash of the Champions - The Grand Finale

• The top 15 shortlisted teams from the previous round will have to submit a detailed PPT of the B-Plan consisting of 8-10 slides.
