Kitchonomy: Stages and Timelines

Quiz

General assessment round.

Case Submission

Building a Purpose Led Brand Platform is a strategic brand simulation that challenges participants to think beyond short term campaigns and create a scalable long term brand IP for Catch Spices. Rooted in Indian home kitchens and family life, the case pushes teams to apply consumer insight, FMCG fundamentals, and purpose marketing to address a real recurring household issue. Designed to mirror real brand building challenges, the round tests participants on structured thinking, depth of insight, platform design, and execution logic, with a clear focus on systems and impact rather than slogans or single creatives. Teams are evaluated on their ability to craft an authentic purpose led platform that integrates naturally with everyday cooking while delivering measurable social impact and long term brand equity.

All that you need to know about Kitchonomy

Catch Spices, part of the DS Group’s FMCG portfolio, is deeply embedded in Indian home kitchens where everyday cooking shapes taste, habits, values, and learning within families. Trusted for its purity, quality, and wide accessibility, Catch reaches millions of households daily, giving the brand the credibility to play a role that goes beyond products. Cooking and shared meals form the natural space through which Catch can influence behaviour, especially among women and children who learn through observation and participation. By building a purpose-led brand platform rooted in real kitchen practices, Catch has the opportunity to move from being just a spice brand to becoming a meaningful enabler of positive household change, strengthening long-term trust, relevance, and emotional connection with Indian families.
