General Guidelines:

Event Duration:

• The conference will span two days, and all delegates must attend both days in full.

Study Guide:

• Delegates will receive a comprehensive study guide after successful registration.
• Additional Cost: ₹200 (to be paid during the registration process).

Committee Preferences:

• Delegates are required to specify their committee preferences in the application form.

• While the Organizing Committee will strive to meet preferences, final allocations are binding.

Refund and Policy Changes:

• No refunds will be issued once payment, including the additional study guide fee, is confirmed.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make suitable changes to the schedule, committees, or rules and will promptly inform delegates of any updates.

Miscellaneous:

•  Delegates are not allowed to consume food or beverages inside committee rooms.
•  Emergency contacts and medical facilities will be available on-site for any contingencies.

• Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawal or inability to attend after payment.
• Deadlines
• Late or incomplete registrations may result in disqualification or unavailability of preferred allocations.

Dress Code:

Business Formals:

• Delegates must wear business formals during all committee proceedings.

Indian Formals:

• Delegates in All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM) and Classified Crisis Committee (CCC) may wear Indian formals.

• Delegates must follow all rules set by the Organizing Committee. Non-compliance may lead to penalties or disqualification.
