OPERACE (Flagship Operations Case Challenge): Stages and Timelines
Round 1: Cross-Examine
Participants will have to take a 20 min Quiz, testing their concepts of operations in manufacturing industries and business knowledge.
Round 2: Work-in-progress
Shortlisted teams will be given multiple online mini case-lets and have to submit solutions for the same. This is an elimination round.
The Grand Finale: Deep Diving
Shortlisted teams will be given an extensive case, where you have to execute concepts of Operational management and come up with best feasible solution.

Rules and Regulations:
- The event is open to students from all B-Schools.
- The team members should be from the same institute.
- A participant can only be a part of one team.
- No registration fees.
- Each team must comprise of 2-3 members only.

- Inaugurated in 1981 by the then British Prime Minister, the Late Hon. Margaret Thatcher, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) is a leading school of management in the heart of India’s financial centre, Mumbai.
- SPJIMR is a part of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and functions as an autonomous institute with entrepreneurial agility.
- The SPJIMR Campus is spread over an expanse of 45 acres in the heart of Mumbai city, the commercial capital of India and a global financial hub.
- It has a campus lake and over 250 plant species. The campus also has 72 species of birds, making it a naturalist's delight. The greenery and shrubs also conceal 4 species of snakes.
