The world is full of talented people—or at least, that's what most people believe. But do you have what it takes to prove this talent and win our attention?

Unstop is looking for individuals who wear creativity like a charm, can turn their hobby into talent, and know exactly how to put classroom lessons to use. In short, if you want to chase your passion and have an unstoppable spirit, we have some rewards for you. 

This is your chance to bag prizes worth INR 1.2 Lakh and even get a PPI for an internship. Let the talent wars begin!

Round 1: Get our attention. 

15 second, bas 15 second hai tumhaare paas. 

The average watch time for an Instagram Reel is 3 seconds. Short reels of 7 to 15 seconds are good for grabbing attention quickly. That’s what we want — Grab our attention quickly

What can you do in 15 seconds?

  • Roast is the name of the game. You're the player. If you had 15 seconds to roast, who would you pick - friends, family, Unstop? Roast, and let us know! 
  • Think you can be the next Arundhati Roy or Dale Carnegie? Then prove it - pitch a book on Unstop in just 15 seconds. Elevator pitch, anyone?
  • Why not mimic your favourite star - if it’s with a monologue that resonates with the Unstop spirit, then Mumbai awaits! (Legal team here - we’re not actually taking you to Mumbai)
  • Forget dancing, acting, writing - let's get gaming. How would you gamify something on Unstop? Show us the idea or even the end result!
  • Even better, combine a meme, a rap, a trending dance step, and an underrated song - because who hasn't seen it all separately, right? We certainly have! 

These are not suggestions or even instructions - just a glimpse of what you can do. For all this - 15 seconds may not seem like a lot

But to people who spend their time scrolling past reels for a living, who have a smaller attention span than the Goldfish, and who have turned being distracted at work into a profession, 15 seconds IS A LOT. And this is the group whose attention you need to win. 

Round 2: Got our attention? Now make it stay.

Shortlisted participants move on to Round 2, where the destination is decided - but the route is up to you! Let your imagination go into overdrive. 

Participants pick one of the four themes. You will be given a project based on the chosen theme. You must complete the project within the specified time and upload it to the platform in the prescribed format.

Round 3: It is the final countdown

The top 10 submissions across each theme will be evaluated by our in-house panel… and the world at large! Yes. 

Each of the top 10 submissions will be put to vote. Voting accounts for part of the final scoring criteria.
