Day-3 & 4: Coding Round

 Online Assessment ( 4-5  elimination rounds)
  • General Aptitude Test
  • Technical Test (25Q, 25M):
  • Requires understanding of programming logic of C, C++, Java, Data Structures and Algorithms, and OOPs.
  • Knowledge of Database, Networking, and Cloud Fundamentals.
  • English Communication Test (30Q, 30M):
  • Important topics: Reading Comprehension, Para-Jumbles, Direct and Indirect Speech, Active and Passive Voice, Sentence Correction, Sentence Completion, Vocabulary.
  • Game-Based Aptitude Test (4Q, 20 - 30M):
  • The candidate is required to complete a four-series game based on Deductive Logical Thinking, Inductive Logical Thinking, Grid Challenge, and Motion Challenge.
  • Behavioral Competency (100Q, not an elimination round) (Not happening from last two years)
  • It is a personality psychometric intended to measure work-related behavior.
  • Coding (2Q, 45M)(only for 7LPA role):
  • Well-versed with Data structures and Algorithms to solve questions of easy-medium level.
  • Important topics: Arrays, Strings, Stack, Queue, Maths, Bit Manipulation, Trees, Recursion
 Technical Interview (45-60M)
  • The candidate should have a thorough understanding of at least one programming language: Java, C++, C, or Python.
  • Should have the knowledge and understanding of computer fundamental subjects such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), DataBase Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems (OS), and Computer Networks (CN).
  • Well-versed with the past experience, certifications, education, and projects mentioned in the resume.
  • Have good problem-solving skills to solve puzzles and aptitude tests.
  • Should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms to answer easy - medium-level questions.
  • Important topics: Strings. Arrays, Trees, Recursion, Dynamic Programming, Math, Bit Manipulation
 HR Interview (25 - 35M)
  • Should be prepared to answer past experience, answer hypothetical questions, and have positive behavior.
  • Have knowledge of Capgemini’s culture, history, products and services, objectives, values, and goals, as well as its organizational structure.
  • Well-versed with analytical interview questions, behavioral interview questions like strengths/weaknesses, the reason for applying, and why should we hire you.
  • Try to maintain a positive and confident demeanor as long as the interview is going on.
