Team Composition and Eligibility:
- Codenovate is open to students currently pursuing B.Tech, B.E, or B.Sc programs across all registered colleges.
- Each team must consist of 2-4 members, promoting effective collaboration and diverse viewpoints.
- Teams can include members from different academic years, providing a mix of experience levels to inspire fresh ideas.
- Cross-college and Interdisciplinary teams are permitted, encouraging wider networking and interdisciplinary cooperation.
- A team leader must be designated to serve as the primary point of contact for event-related communications.
- Active participation from all team members is expected to ensure a productive and rewarding experience for everyone.
Event Flow:
- Round 1: Idea Submission
- In this round, your idea will be evaluated based on specific criteria provided at the start of the round. This round will take place on Unstop.
- Teams qualifying this round will proceed for Offline Finale.
- Problem Statements are released on Event Website.
- Steps to Register for Round 1
- A fee of ₹400 per team is to be paid through Unstop for confirming your registration.
- After registering for the event, submit your team's idea presentation on Unstop.
- Finale: 24-Hour Offline Hackathon
- This round will be conducted at the Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology campus. Additional guidelines will be sent to participants via email & posted on the website.
Prizes:
- Prize pool worth ₹75,000.
- All registered participants will be awarded premium courses from TutorialsPoint for free.
