️ Rules & Guidelines

1. Team Formation
   • Each team must consist of a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 6 members.
   • Teams of 5 members are also accepted.
   • All team members must belong to the same institute.

1. Round 1 — Idea Presentation
   • Teams have to present a PPT based on their own chosen Problem Statement (P.S.).
   • The presentation should clearly cover:
     • The problem overview
     • Proposed solution
     • Tech stack or approach
     • Feasibility and innovation
   • After evaluation, selected teams will qualify for Round 2.

1. Round 2 — On-Spot Challenge
   • Qualified teams will be provided with a new Problem Statement on the spot.
   • Teams can use AI tools (only Google Gemini allowed) to assist during development.
   • Teams will have 3–4 hours to design and build a software, app, website, or prototype related to the given P.S.
   • Judging will be based on creativity, implementation, and presentation.

1. General Rules
   • It is mandatory for all teams to complete their registration on 13th October (10 AM – 5 PM) near the Office, Ground Floor.
   • Teams failing to register will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
   • Participants must maintain decorum and sportsmanship throughout the event.
   • Decisions made by the judging panel and organizers will be final and binding.
