Flipkart <Girls Wanna Code/> 4.0: Stages and Timelines
Eligible students, after registering for Girls Wanna Code 4.0 on the Unstop platform, will undergo an online coding challenge where participants will be tested on their basic coding skills. Based on their test scores, students will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.
This round will be an Online Coding Round (Duration: 90 minutes).
You have to log in from the desktop or laptop to give the coding round.
#GWC Learning Cohorts
The students selected from the first round will be divided into cohorts and will become a part of an immersive learning program facilitated by experts from Flipkart.
The learning program will contain 4 modules designed to train the selected students on the skills required to crack interviews at top technology and product companies.
At the end of each module, students will undergo evaluations in the form of online tests through which they can test their knowledge on the modules.
Students that are a part of the cohort also get exclusive access to mentors from Flipkart who can be consulted throughout the journey of the program.
Final Evaluation
Post the completion of the cohort, a final evaluation will be conducted based on the curriculum taught during the learning program.
Students who clear this test will get an opportunity to be a part of Flipkart’s interview process for full-time software development engineer roles and internships.
All that you need to know about Flipkart <Girls Wanna Code/> 4.0
<Girls Wanna Code/> is an initiative that started out in 2018 with the objective to promote women's tech talent and give them an opportunity to work with the best minds in technology in India. The initiative aims to target women's tech talent outside premier technology campuses like IITs, NITs, etc. to ensure more equitable participation.
In previous years, students from this program, apart from securing roles at Flipkart, have bagged roles at some of the top firms.
Eligibility: <Girls Wanna Code/> 4.0 is open to all women engineering students pursuing a full-time B.Tech./ B.E. ( 3rd and 4th year) or M.Tech./ M.E. (All Years) degrees across branches from the selected institutes.
Rules:
- <Girls Wanna Code/> 4.0 is open to full-time B.Tech./ B.E./ M.Tech./ M.E. students from the selected institutes.
- The participating students can be from any specialization/domain.
- Only 3rd and 4th-year students of B.Tech./ B.E. and 1st and 2nd-year students of M.Tech./ M.E. are eligible for <Girls Wanna Code/> 4.0
- Students must register for the test on the Unstop platform as individuals.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited during the online coding challenge. Any cases of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification of the concerned candidates.
