Flipkart GRiD 6.0 - Robotics Challenge: Stages and Timelines
Demo MCQ Test
Participants are recommended to undergo a Demo MCQ Assessment to make themselves familiar with the platform. This is NOT an elimination or evaluation round.
Level 1: MCQ Test
Every participant will get a set of questions to be answered within 30 minutes. Participants will be scored based on Accuracy, Speed & Start Time. Please note that it is mandatory for all team members to take the Assessment. A team will be scored based on the average marks of all team members attempting the assessment. The Assessment will be based on E-Commerce trivia (Reference: https://stories.flipkart.com) and Tech (Technology Awareness + Techstack & Computer Science Fundamentals)
Level 2: Proposal Submission Round
Shortlisted teams are required to submit detailed use case scenarios, including a proposal outlining their approach and the code developed so far. The GRID team will provide images for testing the model (during the FAQ session). As this is an elimination stage, participants should submit a video simulation of their solution using the provided images, clearly explaining their work. Teams working on detecting the freshness of produce may use any fresh item and submit the freshness index based on their model.
Brief Submission & Presentation Round
Teams are tasked with refining their submissions by ensuring comprehensive code documentation, detailed database schema and configurations, and a functional, live web link for real-time application testing. The final solutions will be presented to the Flipkart team in 15-minute slots between 12th and 15th December, with specific time slots shared closer to the date.
The National Finale
Shortlisted teams will be invited to present a live demo in front of a jury. The demo should showcase the use case solution in a real-world scenario. The jury may request live actions to test the robustness and functionality of the solutions. Teams should be ready to answer questions and demonstrate the impact and practicality of their solutions.
