1st Round (PPT Submission)
Register your team on this portal and Submit Your idea. (Shortlisting Date: 2nd April, 2025 )
Shortlisted top 30 teams will be proceeding to the next round. Those teams will be informed by mail on 2nd April, 2025 at EOD and teams will have to confirm their participation for the offline hackathon before 4th April, 2025 by e-mail.
(In-person) Offline Round
The top 30 teams shortlisted from the previous round will be invited for an offline In-Person 24hrs long Hackathon at Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, 700150, West Bengal.
All that you need to know about Hacktonix
Hacktonix is the 4th edition of the in-person grand hackathon under Phoenix'25, the annual techno-management fest of the Future Institute of Engineering and Management, organized by Team Xplorica. This event is all about working in teams, using your brains, and blending up all your ideas to come up with an innovative and out-of-the-box project. This is a 24-hour-long in-person hackathon aiming to bring young creative minds together. Prove your worth in these 24 hours by ideating, innovating, and hacking meaningful solutions to real-life problems.
Hacktonix will be divided into two rounds:
1st Round (Date: 13th March to 31st, March 2025)
- Register your team on Unstop portal and submit your idea.
- Submission of your Idea following the provided sample .ppt.
- Shortlisting (Date: 2nd April 2025)
- Shortlisted top 30 teams will be proceeding to the next round.
- Those teams will be informed by mail on 2nd April, 2025 at EOD and teams will have to confirm their participation for the offline hackathon before 4th April, 2025 by e-mail.
In-Person Final Round (Date: 12th April to 13th April, 2025)
- 24 hrs In-Person Hackathon on FIEM Campus where they will have to build the project over the idea that they have submitted previously.
- Teams will be presenting their project in front of the judge’s panel.

Note:
- The shortlisted participants will have to bear their own snacks and travel expenses.
- Accommodation will only be provided on the day of the hackathon.
- Wi-Fi & two plug points will be provided by us. If needed, teams are advised to bring their own extension cords.
