Inclusive Horizons

Welcome to the "Inclusive Horizons: Designing a Diverse Tomorrow" Hackathon, an innovative event in which we will capitalize on the power of design thinking to solve the critical issues of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the context of a quickly expanding VUCA and BANI world.

The National HRD Network, Pune, in collaboration with the visionary and oldest management institute of Pune, the Institute of Management Development and Research, and the Mumbai-based Humane Design and Innovation Consulting, are thrilled to introduce an electrifying HR Hackathon focused on DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness).

• Venue: IMDR Campus, BMCC Road, Pune
• Duration: 08:30 am to 06:30 pm (inclusive of refreshment breaks)

Guidelines:

• MBA Students (preferably, pairs of two from tech and non-tech backgrounds)

• Inter-college team members are allowed

• Inter-specialization team members are allowed
