ValuEnable invites innovators, AI enthusiasts, and coders to InsureBot Quest 2025—hackathon to build a conversational voice AI bot that can speak, understand, and serve like a human insurance agent. This is your chance to work on real-world data, tackle meaningful challenges in financial services, and build solutions that could power the next generation of customer engagement in insurance.

About ValuEnable:

ValuEnable, backed by Rainmatter (Zerodha), is a full-stack insuretech platform powering digital lending, customer engagement, and policy-based financial products for India’s leading insurers and NBFCs. With a deep focus on behavioral nudges, data-led personalization, and embedded credit, ValuEnable is transforming how India experiences life insurance.

What’s the Challenge?

Build a working voice-based AI assistant that can:

• Speak with potential customers
• Respond to common insurance queries
• Closely replicate a real human conversation
• Be trained and evaluated using real-life call recordings and domain-specific knowledge bases

You will be provided with:

• Sample call recordings
• Knowledge base and FAQ content

Deliverables:

Participants must submit:

• Code or Prompts used to build the bot
• A 2–3 min Video Demo of your working solution
• A short summary with performance metrics (latency) and audit/test links

Team Size:

• Maximum 3 members per team

Hackathon Timeline:

Round 1 – Build & Submit Demo

• Duration: 15 days
• Submit your working solution + demo

Round 2 – Final Development Sprint

• Duration: 15 days
• Shortlisted teams will be guided to improve on certain area. 
• Winners announced post evaluation

Judging Criteria:

Submissions will be evaluated on:

• Latency: Bot should respond with minimal delay
• Accuracy: Relevance and correctness of responses
• Empathy: Tone and naturalness of interaction
• Interruption Handling: How smoothly is it able to handle interruptions

Rules & Regulations:

• All code, prompts, and submissions must be original
• The final product and source material will be the property of ValuEnable Pvt. Ltd.
• Use of AI APIs/tools is allowed, but must be credited
• Late submissions will not be considered unless technical issues are validated
• Internet may be used only for reference, not for copying existing bots
• Each participant can be part of only one team
• Judges’ decision will be final
