General Guidelines:

Team Formation

• Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members.

Project Submission

• All projects must be submitted as a PowerPoint presentation by the designated deadline.
• Submissions should include:
  • A concise description of the project
  • Relevant documentation

Code of Conduct

• A respectful and inclusive environment must be maintained at all times.
• Participants are expected to adhere to Parul University’s rules and regulations.
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Eligibility

• The hackathon is open to students from across India.
• Participants must register in advance to confirm their spot.

Team Shortlisting

• Teams will be shortlisted based on their PPT submissions.
• Shortlisted teams will be announced on December 28, 2024.

Project Requirements

• All projects must be original and developed during the hackathon.

Judging Criteria

• Projects will be evaluated based on:
  • Creativity
  • Functionality
  • Technical complexity
  • Presentation
• The judges' decisions will be final and binding.

Resources

• Participants must bring their own laptops and any additional equipment they may need.
• Internet access and power outlets will be provided.
