Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on converting qualified leads into successful sales and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand requirements and position suitable solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and finalize deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Track sales progress, deal status, and performance metrics through CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales skills and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in negotiation and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for sales tracking and management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
