NRI Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated AI Workflow & Automation Intern!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Zoho Flow, and similar platforms.
- Use AI prompting techniques with ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to automate content generation, responses, and business tasks.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and basic scripting for integrations.
- Set up and maintain CRM workflows in Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho campaigns.
- Organize and manage data and processes using Notion.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Document workflows, test automations, and troubleshoot issues when required.

Other requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (internships period counts).
- Basic understanding of business processes or digital tools is an advantage.
- No prior coding experience required; willingness to learn tools quickly is essential.
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
