Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 40–50 cold calls daily to businesses in Pune and surrounding regions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Successfully pitch our value proposition and fix qualified meetings/demos for the Sales Manager.
  • Market Research: Identify new business segments and decision-makers in the Pune call.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update a database/CRM of prospects, ensuring no follow-up is missed.

Requirements:

  • Language Fluency: Must be highly proficient in English and Marathi. The ability to speak Hindi is a significant advantage.
  • Location: Ability to commute daily to our office in Kharadi, Pune.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
