Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research and build prospect lists of mid-size businesses across sectors like real estate, healthcare, and professional services
- Identify key decision-makers such as Marketing Heads, Sales Directors, and Founders using LinkedIn and public sources
- Send outbound messages via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp using approved templates
- Meet weekly outreach volume targets
- Convert qualified responses into meetings within 48 hours
- Maintain accurate and clean prospect data with no duplicates or missed follow-ups
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand voice and avoids spammy or pushy messaging
Requirements:
- Strong written English with the ability to draft professional messages
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Gmail
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound outreach (freshers welcome)
