Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services and faculty.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Screen and evaluate student applications, resumes, and profiles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand program-specific hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on campus recruitment trends and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with students, faculty, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities and events are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with student engagement strategies and a passion for talent acquisition within an academic setting would be highly beneficial.
