Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services and faculty.
  • Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
  • Screen and evaluate student applications, resumes, and profiles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to understand program-specific hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on campus recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with students, faculty, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities and events are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with student engagement strategies and a passion for talent acquisition within an academic setting would be highly beneficial.

This is a 1-month internship opportunity with Edu-versity, focusing on Campus Recruitment and Campus Relations. You will play a crucial role in connecting with universities, engaging with students, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced educational environment, develop key recruitment skills, and contribute to building our future talent pipeline.
