Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with Pilomation's marketing and business objectives.
  • Write captions, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute content campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Promote content through social media platforms, communities, groups, and digital marketing channels.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and online reputation management.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (Graduating in 2027, 2028, or 2029).
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Clipchamp, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of content marketing, social media marketing, storytelling, and brand communication.
  • Ability to create content for different platforms and target audiences.
  • Understanding of content funnels, lead generation, and customer engagement principles.
  • Awareness of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior internship, freelance work, academic projects, or practical experience in content creation, content marketing, social media management, blogging, copywriting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience managing social media pages, blogs, newsletters, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
