• Plan and produce social media content — posts, reels, carousels, and stories — for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Create short-form video content (reels and clips) showcasing MSME success stories, consultant insights, and programme updates
• Write copy for posts, captions, campaign creatives, and outreach messages in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Maintain a monthly content calendar
• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on META Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager)
• Define audience segments by district, sector, business size, and intent to maximise lead quality and minimise wasted ad spend
• Monitor campaign performance daily — CTR, CPL, reach, and conversion — and optimise in real time
• Generate weekly campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Conduct approximately 4- 5, one-on-one consultations per day with MSMEs seeking guidance on marketing and digital presence
• Cover topics including Google Business Profile setup, Instagram and Facebook for business, WhatsApp Business, basic branding, digital advertising budgets, and market access strategies
• Assess each MSME's current situation, identify the 1–2 most impactful actions they can take, and provide clear, actionable guidance
• Escalate complex cases (Level 2 and above) to senior marketing consultants
