Roles:
- The job is to attract, engage, and convert online users into customers using digital channels.
- Contact writing on company-associated social media pages
Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy:
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify target audience and customer segments
- Choose the right digital channels (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.)
- Set campaign objectives and KPIs (traffic, leads, sales)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content to rank higher on search engines
- Perform keyword research
- Improve website structure and speed
- Build backlinks to increase domain authority
- Monitor rankings and traffic using tools like Google Analytics
Content Marketing:
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, posts)
- Plan content calendars
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and valuable to users
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency
Social Media Management:
- Manage accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Create and schedule posts
- Engage with followers (comments, messages)
- Run paid social media campaigns
- Track performance and growth metrics
Email Marketing:
- Build and manage email lists
- Design email campaigns and newsletters
- Personalize emails based on user behavior
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools
- Measure KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, ROI
- Prepare reports and insights
- Use data to improve future campaigns
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken communication
- Good understanding of SEO, posting, and content writing
