Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned geographical territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Understand client needs and effectively present Digitech Healthcare's product and service offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sales issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, fostering trust and rapport with potential clients and partners.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and closing deals effectively.
Intern Summary:
This 3-month internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a Field Sales Executive at Digitech Healthcare. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and driving sales within your designated territory. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be eligible for a Job Offer, a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Recommendation, and a Pre-Placement Offer, paving the way for a promising career in healthcare sales.
