Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Trisx Technologies' offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-study.
