Zen Trades is hiring for the role of Founders Office Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Investor Relations & Communication: Email Communication with Investors-Draft and send regular communications, updates, and reports to existing and potential investors, Ensure accurate and timely sharing of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, performance updates, and company news, Follow-up on Investor Meetings- Assist in coordinating meetings with investors and following up to provide additional data or information as needed, Investor Presentations- Help prepare presentations and materials for investor meetings, highlighting the company’s growth and potential.
- Research & Analysis: Industry Research- Conduct research on trends, developments, and regulations impacting the field service industry, Compile insights into competitor analysis and market opportunities to support the strategic planning process, Strategic Business Insights- Assist in analyzing business data and identifying potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Project Assistance & Implementation: Support Project Management Initiatives- Work closely with the Founder’s Office to assist in the successful execution of strategic projects, Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Departmental Coordination- Work alongside the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support the smooth execution of company-wide initiatives, Attend project meetings, and help track progress to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Written Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and professional emails, presentations, and reports for investors and stakeholders.
- Curiosity & Hustle: A proactive learner with a strong drive to work hard, solve problems, and seek growth opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who can think creatively and strategically to contribute to the company’s long-term success.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights.
- Professionalism: Maturity and the ability to handle sensitive investor communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools and understanding of how to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
- 0-1 year of experience in an internship, project management, or similar role in a high-growth company or startup.
- Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier college.
- Background in business, engineering, or related fields; B.Tech background is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about the field service industry and technology platforms.
