Founder's Office Internship

• Beacon Indica is building the next-generation startup pipeline from campuses.
• We work with colleges, student founders, startups, and investors to help people go from:
  Idea → MVP → Users → Funding
• This is not a conventional internship.
• You will not be doing “just marketing” or “just operations”.

You will work directly across:

• Growth
• Sales
• Founder scouting
• Partnerships
• Operations
• Community building
• Execution

Some days you’ll be speaking to college leadership.

Some days you’ll be creating distribution strategies.

Some days you’ll solve random problems no one prepared you for.

That’s the role.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Help launch and operate Beacon Indica Venture Studios in colleges
• Work on student founder acquisition and community growth
• Support partnership conversations with colleges and ecosystem players
• Execute marketing campaigns across online + offline channels
• Create systems, processes, and operational workflows
• Coordinate events, founder sessions, and startup activities
• Work directly with the founding team on strategic projects
• Solve problems fast with limited resources
