Overview
- We're an ad agency that builds brands, runs campaigns, and tells stories that actually sell.
- And we're looking for someone who wants to be right in the middle of all of it — working directly with the Founder.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority projects and day-to-day operations
- Support brand strategy, campaign ideation, and client presentations
- Research brands, market trends, and competitors
- Build pitches, decks, and proposals for existing and prospective clients
- Coordinate between the creative, strategy, and business teams
- Assist with business development, outreach, and brand partnerships
- Bring fresh ideas to elevate client work and team culture
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in advertising, marketing, or startup strategy
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Telugu (must) — we work with regional brands and audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Curious mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Bonus: prior experience in marketing, social media, or an agency setup
