Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive front-end interfaces for our internal talent management dashboard using React.js.
- Develop and integrate robust REST APIs to connect our web platform with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, scraping tools).
- Apply Machine Learning concepts to automate data processing, lead generation, or candidate matching workflows.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development and Python for backend/AI tasks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and experience building or consuming APIs.
- Familiarity with basic Machine Learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and solve complex technical problems.
- (Optional) Previous experience with scraping tools or automation is a plus.
