Full Stack Developer Internship

This is not a training-based setup. Interns work on actual development tasks and live systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications across frontend and backend
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services
• Work on real project requirements and implement features independently
• Debug issues and improve system performance
• Write clean, structured, and maintainable code
• Contribute to ongoing development and feature enhancements
• Work with databases (MongoDB / SQL) for data handling and system logic
• Use development tools and AI tools where required to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to deliver working solutions

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge in either MERN Stack or Java Full Stack
• Ability to build and understand complete application flow
• Experience working on projects (not just practice or tutorials)
• Comfortable working independently without constant guidance
• Good problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work in a startup environment with responsibility

Skills and Qualifications:

• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or Java Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot, SQL, basic frontend)
• JavaScript / Java
• React.js or frontend frameworks
• Backend development (Node.js / Spring Boot)
• REST API development
• Database handling (MongoDB / SQL)
• Git and version control
• Debugging and system understanding

Job Summary:

This is a full-time internship role focused on real development work.

You will be working on live systems, contributing to actual projects, and handling tasks that require independent thinking and execution.

This role is suited for candidates who already have strong fundamentals and are looking to grow by working on real systems rather than learning basics.

Based on performance, there is an opportunity for long-term continuation or full-time role.
