Growth Associate Internship

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Build and manage OA Helper communities on WhatsApp or Telegram throughout the placement season.
• Share OA Helper-provided content, including company-specific online assessment questions, hiring alerts, and interview experiences, on a regular basis.
• Drive verified student signups through a unique referral link using personal networks, campus groups, and peer outreach.
• Collect and submit structured product feedback, including bug reports and feature suggestions, to the product team.
• Participate in user research discussions and represent student perspectives and requirements.
• Track growth metrics and report progress during weekly team meetings using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Create awareness about OA Helper through LinkedIn or Instagram content (optional).
• Monitor performance through the Growth Score dashboard and participate in bi-weekly sprint challenges.
• Engage with students and support community growth initiatives on campus and online.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing the 2nd or 3rd year of a B.Tech/B.E. program at an engineering college in India.
• Active involvement in campus activities or online student communities.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-driven, consistent, and able to commit flexible hours throughout the 10-week program.
• Familiarity with OA Helper and placement preparation topics such as DSA and Online Assessments is preferred.
• No prior work experience or minimum CGPA requirement.
• Selection is based on performance in a 7-day activation challenge.
