Details
- Hunt for talent like a pro using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and more
- Shortlist resumes and keep the candidate database clean & updated
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates to keep things smooth and stress-free
- Support the hiring team with day-to-day recruitment work
- Get hands-on exposure to other HR areas like onboarding, employee engagement, HR ops, and basic HR stuff as you grow.
- Good communication skills (you know how to talk to people)
- Interest in recruitment and HR
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to trying different HR functions
- 6-month paid internship
- Real hiring exposure (no boring intern work )
