Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate management, and onboarding processes.
You will act as a key coordination point between candidates, HR, and hiring teams—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress
Candidate Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and interview updates
- Maintain a positive candidate experience at every stage
Recruitment Operations
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) or hiring trackers
- Manage candidate databases, documents, and reports
- Support in preparing job postings across platforms
Onboarding & HR Support
- Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, coordination, communication)
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative activities
- Help streamline recruitment and onboarding processes

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
