About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Associate to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, empathetic, and passionate about people and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and document feedback for process improvement.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal cycle by coordinating reviews and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist managers in tracking employee goals and development plans.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with team leads.
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
  • Empathetic, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunity to grow within the organization.
  • Hands-on exposure to all aspects of HR in a dynamic consultancy setting.
