- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
- Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and document feedback for process improvement.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the administration of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal cycle by coordinating reviews and maintaining documentation.
- Assist managers in tracking employee goals and development plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with team leads.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
- Empathetic, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Opportunity to grow within the organization.
