Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive interns to join our Growth and Outreach team. The role focuses on lead generation, audience engagement, community outreach, and campaign promotion through digital platforms and student networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and engage potential leads through online outreach.
- Promote campaigns, opportunities, and programs across relevant platforms.
- Connect with student communities and online groups.
- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them through the process.
- Maintain activity reports and update lead information.
- Support team growth and engagement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Active on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, or other online communities.
- Ability to generate a minimum of 25 genuine responses/leads during the internship period.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn outreach and growth strategies.
Language Preference
- Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable communicating with student communities and online audiences will have an added advantage.
