About Us At HUM Communities, we are changing how India views aging and retirement. We have built India’s first "Retirees as a Service" (RaaS) platform. We find elite, recently retired leaders from top-tier corporations, PSUs, and the Armed Forces, and deploy them as fractional advisors to help regional businesses scale. We are incubated by the TCS Foundation and wowJobs Dubai, and we are looking for a relentless data-hunter to help fuel our next phase of growth.

• The Role You won’t be fetching coffee or designing generic social media posts. You will be building the absolute core of our business: our talent database. Your mission is to map out India’s most experienced, recently retired leaders so we can bring them back into the economy.

What You Will Do:

• Deep-Dive Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, corporate alumni networks, and Boolean search strings to identify leaders (CFOs, Plant Heads, PSU Directors, Army Commanders) who have retired in the last 1–5 years.
• Data Building: Create, clean, and manage pristine databases (Google Sheets/CRM) containing contact details, career history, and core expertise.
• Market Mapping: Research and categorize traditional businesses in Tier 2 cities (Manufacturing, Logistics, Infrastructure) to help us match the right veteran to the right company.
• Campaign Support: Work directly with the founders to prepare lead lists for our B2B outreach campaigns.

• Detail-Obsessed: You hate messy spreadsheets. You take pride in high-quality, accurate data.
• Resilient & Focused: You understand that data mapping can be repetitive, but you are driven by the massive social impact of the end goal—helping seniors regain their purpose.
• Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told exactly what to click; you figure out the smartest way to get the data you need.
• (Bonus): Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data scraping tools, or cold outreach tools.
