Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Pitch company products and services to potential clients
- Maintain client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets
- Research new business opportunities and market trends
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling calls and meetings
- Basic understanding of the sales process
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Commerce, Management or related fields preferred)
- Strong interest in business operations, sales, or the EdTech industry
- Available for a full-time/internship role (on-site or as required)
- Excellent communication skills in English (local language is a plus)
