Position: Medical Representative (MR)

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals who are eager to gain real-world experience in healthcare marketing and business development.

This role focuses on promoting the Kokoro.Doctors platform, onboarding healthcare professionals, and generating business opportunities through direct engagement with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and represent the Kokoro.Doctors platform to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Visit healthcare professionals and medical institutions to introduce the platform and its AI-driven features.
• Generate leads and onboard doctors, clinics, and hospitals onto the platform.
• Explain platform benefits, including patient connectivity and AI-powered healthcare support.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and medical staff.
• Assist in field visits, networking, marketing, and lead-generation activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and report progress to the team.
• Achieve onboarding and business generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of marketing, healthcare, or pharma industry is a plus.
• Freshers, students, and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Graduation in any field (Science/Pharma background preferred).
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or in medical/pharma sales is an advantage.

Compensation Structure

• This is a performance-driven, incentive-based internship/role.
• Incentives start from ₹5,000 – ₹10,000+, based on performance and business generation.
• Higher onboarding and revenue generation lead to higher earnings.
