What you'll do?

• Spend a full day alongside the Founder of Joyspoon and gain real insight into:
  • How strategic decisions are made at the leadership table
    
  • Day-to-day operations that keep a fast-moving startup thriving
    
  • Product development, sourcing, quality, and customer experience
    
  • Brand building, marketing, and community engagement
  • Problem-solving in real time — no filters, no scripts
• You’ll be encouraged to:
  • Ask thoughtful, meaningful questions
    
  • Immerse yourself in a founder’s mindset
    
  • Understand real business challenges and opportunities
    
    
• At the end of your experience, you’ll create a brief report (Doc or PPT) covering:
  • How Joyspoon functions across teams
    
  • Key learnings from your day
    
  • Actionable ideas for growth, innovation, or community engagement
